The only complaint that I could find, was that the built in speaker was not loud enough for one person’s tastes. That same person did also mention that you can easily hook up larger speakers for louder sound. There were several reviews from veteran pianists  who had played on hundreds of different pianos over several decades, and they were very pleased with the sound and the feel of this piano.
